Paras Gaba

Paras Gaba has a diverse work experience in the field of fermentation and biotechnology. From March 2023 to present, Paras is working as a Research Assistant at BIOWEG, where they focus on the Fermentation department for Biodegradable Cellulose. Their responsibilities include preparing and maintaining cell cultures, performing cell counts, and working on fermentation processes with various materials and sterilization techniques.

Prior to this, from October 2021 to November 2022, Paras worked as a Master Thesis Student at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg. During this time, they explored the application of continuous fermentation combined with perfusion technology for enzyme production. They aimed to achieve stable culture conditions and continuous harvesting of levansucrase using Bacillus megaterium.

Paras also gained industry experience through summer internships. In 2017, they interned at Akkums drugs and Pharmaceutical Ltd., and in 2016, at Kusum Healthcare private Ltd.

Paras Gaba pursued a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy at Amity University Noida from 2013 to 2017. After completing the bachelor's program, Paras enrolled in the Masters in Industrial and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, where they specialized in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from 2017 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Paras Gaba also obtained several certifications. They completed the "Good manufacturing Practice Basics" certification at Thomas Beer und tobias Halfpap GbR in September 2021. In July 2016, Paras received training as a Market Sales Representative through the Amity Institute of Pharmavy Noida, which granted them a Government Authorized Certificate. Furthermore, Paras Gaba obtained a certification in the German Language from Amity University Noida, although the exact date of completion is unknown.
