Lance Birdsong

Lance Birdsong currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Birchstone Residential, having held similar leadership roles at Focus Staff and JLL, where contributions included driving talent acquisition strategies in real estate and other sectors. With extensive experience in the recruitment field, Lance has also been a Talent Acquisition Manager at Corgan, overseeing recruitment in architecture and design. Prior roles involved leading veteran hiring initiatives at MedSynergies and managing talent acquisition at Flexi Compras and Kenexa. Early career experiences include significant responsibilities at JACO International and Southwest Airlines, as well as service as a State Trooper with the Nevada Highway Patrol. Lance holds a degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
