Hector Figueroa

Hector Figueroa began their work experience as a Business Analyst and ePOS Manager at Sound and Media from 1997 to 2001. Hector then worked as a Retail Systems Manager at AMT Coffee from 2002 to 2005. In 2007, they worked as both a Retail Systems Analyst and Business Analyst at Neal's Yard Remedies and NYR respectively. From 2010 to 2022, Hector held various roles at IntelliQ, including Implementation Consultant, Senior Consultant, Project Manager, Professional Services Manager, and Head of Professional Services and Project Manager. Currently, they are the Associate Director of Implementations at BirchStreet Systems starting from 2022.

From 2021 to 2021, Hector Figueroa attended Axelos - Prince2, where they obtained a Prince2 Foundation certification in Project Management.
