Peter Willis

Peter Willis is a partner in the Competition & EU Law practice group at Bird & Bird LLP since May 2012, providing strategic advice on competition and regulatory issues, particularly in technology-affected sectors. Prior to this, Peter was a partner and head of EU & Competition at Dundas & Wilson LLP from August 2006 to May 2012, where responsibilities included advising on UK competition investigations, securing EU merger clearance for a multinational joint venture, and assisting companies with recovery efforts related to overpayments to cartel-affiliated suppliers. Peter holds an LLB in European law from the University of Exeter, a Diplôme d'Études de Droit Privé Français from Aix-Marseille University, and completed the Law Society's Finals at The College of Law, Lancaster Gate.
