The Health Safety and Environment (HSE) team at Bird Construction Inc. is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across all construction sites. This team develops and implements safety protocols, conducts training sessions, and oversees compliance with environmental regulations to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment. Key roles include the HSE Instructor - Coordinator who facilitates safety training, the Site HSE Manager who oversees daily site safety operations, the Senior Health and Safety Director who strategizes overarching safety policies, and the Contract Safety Specialist who ensures compliance across varied contracting projects.
