Ketan Rampal has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Sr.Technical Support Assistant at Honeywell. Ketan later became a Product Support Consultant, providing assistance for commercial and home security systems. In 2017, Ketan joined A.R adventure Camps as an Event Coordinator, where they organized and executed adventure camps for school groups. Ketan managed a team of camp facilitators and handled logistics and people management. In 2019, Ketan worked as a Business Analyst at R1 RCM. Ketan then joined Better as an Operations Team Lead, where they served in a leadership role until 2022. Currently, Ketan works at Birdeye as a Technical Support Engineer.
