Plant Manufacturing Development Manager at Birra Peroni

Alessandro Tonello has had a diverse range of work experiences in various companies. Alessandro started their career at De Longhi Appliances S.R.L. in 2010, where they completed an internal logistics internship. In 2011, they worked as a Lean Production Assistant at Franke before moving on to Saint-Gobain PAM Italia, where they served as a World Class Manufacturing Plant Coordinator from 2011 to 2014. Most recently, they held the position of Plant Manufacturing Development Manager at Birra Peroni from 2014 onwards, where they coordinated and facilitated the application of the World Class Manufacturing/Lean Production methodology in the Padova Plant. Alessandro identified, coordinated, and actively participated in improvement initiatives within the plant to support the achievement of the company's strategy.

Alessandro Tonello completed their first cycle degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Università degli Studi di Padova from 2003 to 2006. Alessandro then pursued a second cycle degree, equivalent to a Master's level, in Mechanical Engineering at the same institution from 2007 to 2009. In 2014, Alessandro obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute.
