Giulia Napodano has a diverse work experience that spans from 2016 to 2022. Giulia has held various roles in different companies. In 2022, they worked as an In Store Key Account at Birra Peroni. Before that, from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Marketing and Customer Activation intern at Henkel. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Hostess at With You Agency, gaining experience in event organization and management as well as client interaction. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they were a Marketing Team Member at MARKETERs Club, where they gained exposure to the corporate world and developed teamwork skills. In the same year, they also worked as a Hostess at TO BE SRL. In 2018, Giulia worked as a Junior Sales Manager for an export company, where they developed a strong passion for international trade and learned to interact with suppliers, agents, and customers. Finally, in 2016, they worked briefly as an Animatrice at Hidalgo Animazione.

Giulia attended ESCE International Business School from 2020 to 2021, where they pursued an Erasmus degree in International Business and Marketing.

Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they studied at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, earning a Master's degree in Marketing and Global Market.

From 2016 to 2019, Giulia pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Management at Università degli Studi di Torino.

Giulia also had the opportunity to study abroad at IAE Nice (Graduate School of Management) during the academic year 2017-2018 as part of an Erasmus+ program, where they focused on Economic and Management.

Before their university studies, Giulia completed their secondary education at Liceo Marie Curie Grugliasco from 2011 to 2016. Giulia received their diploma in Economic and Social Science.

In addition to their formal education, Giulia has also obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they completed the "Leadership Through Marketing" program offered by Coursera. In February 2021, they received a certification in "Inbound Marketing Communication" from HubSpot. Lastly, in January 2016, they obtained a certification in "Primo Soccorso" (First Aid) from Associazione della Croce Rossa Italiana.
