Marina Manfredi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Marina started their career at Kellogg in 2004, where they worked as an Assistant Brand Manager. Marina then became a Brand Manager from February 2007 to September 2008. Following their time at Kellogg, Marina joined Colgate Palmolive in 2008 as a Brand Manager for personal care products, and later transitioned to the role of Brand Manager for toothbrushes from July 2009 to April 2010. At Colgate Palmolive, they also served as the Senior Brand Manager for fabric softeners from September 2013 to April 2014, and Senior Shopper Retail Marketing Home Care from April 2014 to May 2016. Marina then became the Retail Category Development Manager from May 2016 to February 2018, and later the Customer Development Manager from February 2018 to December 2018. In 2019, they joined Birra Peroni as the Marketing Manager until May 2022, when they transitioned to their current role as the Peroni family brand director.

Marina Manfredi's education history starts with their attendance at the Collegio S. Giuseppe de Merode from 1986 to 1998. It is unclear whether they obtained a degree at this institution. Marina then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Scienze della Comunicazione at Università LUMSA from 1998 to 2003.
