Chip Fierimonte

Chip Fierimonte has over 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Chip began their career in 2002 as a Legal Assistant at Segal Roitman LLP. After two years, they moved to Hudson as a Recruiter. In 2005, they joined Robert Half Legal as a Division Director-Permanent Placement, then a Branch Director, and finally a Division Director -- Robert Half Legal. In 2013, they became a Senior Recruiting Manager at KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting. In 2016, they joined Applause as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Corporate Recruiter. In 2019, they became Director, People Acquisition at EditShare, a private equity backed global company that provides media storage and editing solutions. In 2020, they were promoted to Director of People Operations at ATP Information Services. Finally, in 2022, they were promoted to VP, People Operations at Biscom, a secure fax and messaging platform.

Chip Fierimonte received their Bachelor of Arts - BA from Union College in 2002. Chip then attended MEDDIC Academy in 2020 and completed an introduction to MEDDIC. Chip also attended Westwood High.
