Emma Fuller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and food industry. Currently serving as House and People Manager at Biscuiteers since September 2019, Emma previously owned Velvet Fig, a cake specialty business, from July 2016 to July 2021. Prior roles include Freelance Cake Home Economist and Cake Demonstrator at The Cake House, where Emma prepared demonstrations and taught classes from January 2009 to July 2016, and Hotel and Restaurant Inspector for The AA from 2000 to 2002. Emma also worked as a Merchandiser at Marks and Spencer (1997-2000) and as Graduate Catering Manager and Restaurant Manager at Harrods (1993-1995), where Emma was recognized as Graduate Catering Manager of the Year. Emma holds a BA (Hons) in Hotel Management from South Bank University and O levels and A levels from Culford School.
