Maxime Berthet

Maxime Berthet has extensive experience in production management and process improvement within the agro-industrial sector. Currently serving as the Adjoint au responsable de production - conditionnement at Biscuits Bouvard since January 2018, Maxime previously held significant roles, including Chef de Poste Conditionnement at Groupe Aoste, where oversight involved a team of 60 operators across multiple lines, and Responsable de Fabrication at Groupe Pierre Martinet, managing production operations and output of up to 250 tonnes weekly. Maxime's expertise also encompasses lean manufacturing principles, project management, and quality assurance, as demonstrated during a tenure at Bell AG. An engineering graduate from ISARA-Lyon, Maxime possesses a solid foundational knowledge in agro-industry, complemented by hands-on experience across various roles in the sector.
