Ryan Janzen is a seasoned instructional designer and training specialist with extensive experience in developing and implementing learning programs across various industries. Currently serving as a Course Designer at Bison Transport Inc., Ryan is responsible for enhancing the Driver Development Program, focusing on Driver Orientation and Safety. Prior roles include Instructional Design Consultant and Continuing Education Instructor at the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology, and Learning and Development Specialist at Manitoba Public Insurance, where Ryan shaped training initiatives and maintained stakeholder relationships. Additionally, Ryan has held positions in training and development at The North West Company, TruServ Canada, Shaw Communications, and Convergys, showcasing a robust background in employee development and program facilitation.
