Shelley MacDonald

Shelley MacDonald is a Senior Director in HR/People Development at Bison Transport Inc. Shelley has held various roles within the company since 2007, starting as a Human Resources Generalist and moving up to Manager and then Director before their current position. With a background in History from Dalhousie University and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary's University, Shelley has honed their skills and expertise in employee relations and people development over the years. Prior to Bison Transport, Shelley worked as a Junior HR Advisor at Wardrop Engineering and an Employee Relations Analyst at Scotia Investments Limited.
