Hello! We are seeking an experienced and qualified Sales Manager to join our team at Bitmama, Inc.

Job Brief:

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating leads, managing business accounts and foreign exchange (FX), building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. This remote position requires a proactive and results-oriented Sales Professional who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads.
      • Utilize various channels such as social media, networking, and industry events to expand the client base.

      • Work closely with business accounts and foreign exchange transactions to meet the unique needs of clients.

      • Provide tailored solutions and strategies to optimize client's FX requirements.

      • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively engaging with potential clients.

      • Prioritize and manage leads to ensure a steady flow through the sales funnel.

      • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.

      • Understand client's business requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

      • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client pain points and position our products/services effectively.

      • Close sales deals efficiently to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

      • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

      • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Knowledge of business accounts and foreign exchange transactions is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs.
