Hello! We are seeking an experienced and qualified Sales Manager to join our team at Bitmama, Inc.
Job Brief:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating leads, managing business accounts and foreign exchange (FX), building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals to meet revenue targets. This remote position requires a proactive and results-oriented Sales Professional who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize various channels such as social media, networking, and industry events to expand the client base.
Work closely with business accounts and foreign exchange transactions to meet the unique needs of clients.
Provide tailored solutions and strategies to optimize client's FX requirements.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by actively engaging with potential clients.
Prioritize and manage leads to ensure a steady flow through the sales funnel.
Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
Understand client's business requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client pain points and position our products/services effectively.
Close sales deals efficiently to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Knowledge of business accounts and foreign exchange transactions is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs.
