Bethany Mily

President at Bitwise Industries

Bethany Mily works with the management team to direct strategy, guide policy and identify goals for Bitwise and its offshoot companies, including Bitwise Technology Consulting. She takes the lead on strategic philanthropy initiatives, funds cutting-edge SaaS companies, and creates learning opportunities for marginalized populations through Bitwise Workforce Training programs. Previously, Bethany was the Dean of Curriculum and Instruction at the Center for Advanced Research and Technology (CART), a project-based, technology high school in California’s Central Valley.

Born and raised in Fresno, California, Bethany attended California State University, Sacramento, where she majored in English language and literature. (Inspired by her love of biographies, she also minored in criminal justice.) Bethany went on to attend National University and earned two master’s degrees, one in education and the other in educational administration and supervision. She has also helped to organize fundraising events for the Marjaree Mason Center, a Fresno-based non-profit women’s shelter that supports and empowers adults and their children affected by domestic violence.
