Amy Delis has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. Amy began their career in 1986 as the Director of Human Resources for Ralcorp/McGlynn Bakeries. In this role, they provided leadership in the areas of employee recruiting, selection, orientation, and development. Amy was also responsible for the development and implementation of the human resources budget, employee and labor relations, benefit administration, leadership development training, policy and government regulatory compliance, performance management, and employee recognition programs.

In 2006, Delis became the Director of Human Resources for Faribault Foods, Inc., where they managed a team of 8 supporting 525 employees at corporate and 3 plants. Amy developed and managed compensation programs, as well as the evaluation, design, and annual renewal of all benefit plans. Amy also partnered with the Safety Manager on safety initiatives.

In 2012, Delis moved to Flagstone Foods as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Amy was a strategic business partner with senior HR leadership responsibility leading a team of 6 HR Managers supporting 2,500 employees in 6 multi-state plants and the division headquarters. Amy led all aspects of human resources strategy, planning, recruiting and staffing, cultural change, leadership, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and compensation.

Delis currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Bix Produce, a position they have held since 2017. Amy is a strategic business leader with senior HR leadership responsibility, responsible for translating organizational strategic and tactical business objectives into supporting HR strategy. Amy is responsible for leading a team of 3 HR professionals supporting 420 employees within a plant and the corporate headquarters.

Amy Delis has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Communications from Winona State University.
