Hernane Braga Pereira

Hernane Braga Pereira has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Hernane Braga began their career as a Summer Intern at Kukac, where they trained employees for a mail migration project at Unimed-BH. Hernane Braga then worked at CPE as a Project Manager and Salesman, focusing on software development and electrical projects, as well as prospecting customers. Later, at Kukac, they served as a Project Intern, working with IBM technologies and handling requirements gathering and project planning. After that, they joined Mercado em Conexão, where they held the roles of Account Manager and General Manager, responsible for negotiating partnerships and organizing college job fairs. Hernane then worked at CNH Industrial as a Digital Communication Intern, managing digital branding and analyzing data. In 2019, they were a Business Intelligence Intern at Mercantil do Brasil, where they transformed big data into management reports. In 2020, they worked as a Data Scientist Intern at USIMINAS, developing prediction models for steelmaking processes. Currently, Hernane is working at BIX Tecnologia as a Data Scientist Consultant and Head of Data Science.

Hernane Braga Pereira graduated with a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2021. Prior to that, they attended COTEMIG - Colégio e Faculdade from 2010 to 2012, where they completed a Technical School program in Programming. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification from Google Cloud, a Predictive Analytics for Business Nanodegree from Udacity, and various specializations in TensorFlow and Deep Learning from Coursera. Hernane Braga also has certifications in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Consultancy. In 2016, they obtained an MBA, Jr. from IEG - Instituto de Engenharia de Gestão.
