Chip Mace has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2008. In 2008, they were a TV Production Assistant at Sportview Technologies. From 2009 to 2022, they worked at ServiceLink in various roles, including Custom Client Solutions Manager / Account Executive, Client Operations Supervisor, Client Services Rep, and Placement Analyst. Currently, they are a Customer Experience Manager at Bizowie Cloud ERP.

Chip Mace attended West Virginia University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Advertising.
