Eskedar M. Childress, MBA has a diverse range of experience in operational excellence, quality improvement, and organizational management. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Operational Excellence at Bizzell, they also hold the title of Owner/CEO at SM Quality Solutions, LLC. With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a minor in Communication from George Mason University, they furthered their education by earning an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Their past roles include positions at DB Consulting Group, Inc., Isom Global Strategies, and LIFT, Inc. throughout the years.
