Lucas Oliveira

Lucas Oliveira has worked in a variety of roles in the automotive, financial, management consulting, and agricultural industries. In 2021, they began working as the Vice President of Operations at BizzyCar, where they are responsible for building customer success, service delivery, supply operations, and logistics teams. From 2016 to 2021, they held various positions at First Help Financial, including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Operations, and Director of Operations. During their time as Director of Operations, they led the transformation of the operations team and the company doubled in size. From 2013 to 2016, Lucas was a Senior Associate at Treacy & Company, where they developed expertise in assisting Fortune 500 companies with growth discipline, value proposition development, rapid-cycle concept development, new market entry, market segmentation and targeting strategy development, and sales capability development. From 2011 to 2013, Lucas was part of the Financial Management Program at GE. In 2010, they were the Vice President of Corporate Relations at UNC Undergraduate Consulting Club and an FMP Intern at GE, where they created a flexible monthly cost reporting tool and dashboard to track raw metal prices and consumption. In 2009, they were an Executive Intern at Ancora Corretora de Seguros Ltda. and in 2008 they were a Procurement Intern at Bayer CropScience.

Lucas Oliveira obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School between 2007 and 2011. In 2019, they achieved the Certified Consumer Credit Compliance Professional certification from the National Automotive Finance Association in March. In 2020, they earned the Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist Super Badge from Trailhead by Salesforce in August.
