Nicole McPherson

Nicole McPherson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Nicole currently holds the position of Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at BJC HealthCare, starting in August 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Edward Jones, where they held several roles, including HR Business Partner, Department Leader for Talent Acquisition, and Team Leader for Strategic and Diversity Recruiting.
