Guilherme Tuacek

VP Solutions at Bkonect

Guilherme Tuacek has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Guilherme began their career at SITA, where they worked as a Technical Support. Guilherme then moved to Smartbox Canada as a Partnership Development. In 2011, they joined Income Access as a Supervisor of Technical Delivery Team and Integrations Coordinator. In 2015, they worked at Lightspeed POS as an Ecommerce Specialist. In 2016, they became a Freelance Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst. Finally, in 2017 they joined BKONECT Solutions as VP Solutions and Director of Customer Success and Business Analysis. In this role, they defined the direction of the Bkonect customer journey and interactions, and worked with customers and team members to ensure the continuous success for both companies. Guilherme also worked in Business Analysis, understanding customers' unique business models and suggesting new innovative solutions.

Guilherme Tuacek obtained a BA in Political Science, International Relations, and Theirpanic Literature from McGill University between 2005 and 2009. Guilherme also holds Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications from Salesforce, obtained in 2020, 2020, 2019, 2018, and 2017 respectively.
