Donica Shebell

Donica Shebell has over 30 years of experience in various roles in the retail industry. Donica'smost recent position is as the Senior Director of Planning and Operations at Black Diamond Group Inc. Donica has been with this company since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wolverine World Wide - Boston Group Brands as the Manager of Sales & Inventory Planning for almost a decade. In this role, they were responsible for driving strategic agendas and best practices for sales planning and operations. Before that, they held positions at Talbots, Orchard Brands, Timberland, Chadwick's of Boston, Stride Rite, and Marshalls, where they gained valuable experience in merchandise planning, buying, liquidations, and wholesale management. Donica brings a strong track record of driving profitability, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements throughout their career.

Donica Shebell attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 1987 to 1991. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Information Systems.
