Judy Schumacher

Judy Schumacher is an experienced professional in customer service and educational roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Operations Associate at Black Diamond Group Inc. since April 2023, where responsibilities include managing wholesale and eCommerce customer service for Carhartt and Black Diamond Boots. Concurrently, Judy works as a Concierge at Maplewood Senior Living, providing essential services to residents and families in a high-end facility.
