Kim Kay

Kim Kay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kim is currently working at Black Swan Data as an HR Director & Global Business Partner. Prior to that, they worked at 2U, starting as an HR Assistant and eventually becoming the Head of Talent Management. At GetSmarter, they held multiple positions including Talent Manager, Recruitment Officer, and HR Assistant, where they managed various HR functions and strategies. Kim also gained experience as a Sports Coach at the Canberra Water Polo Academy and worked as an Au Pair in a private capacity. Additionally, they worked as a Lifeguard at the University of the Pacific and as a Coach at Reddam House School. With their extensive background in both HR and coaching, Kim Kay brings a well-rounded skill set to their current role.

Kim Kay completed their Bachelor's degree in Labour, Organisational Psychology and Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Town from 2008 to 2010. Kim then pursued a Master's degree in Political Communication at the University of the Pacific from 2011 to 2012.
