Mina Stojanovic has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Mina started their career as a Retail Sales Associate at HARD ROCK CAFE in 2015. Mina then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Saga d.o.o. Beograd and later as a Human Resources Assistant at the Centre for Career Development - Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. In 2016, Mina took on the role of a Public Relations Intern at the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Serbia, where they were responsible for writing press releases and managing social media.

Mina's interest in research led their to a Research Intern position in two Labs at UCL's Department of Experimental Psychology in 2017. Mina assisted in conducting experiments and data analysis, and also gained proficiency in Python programming. Mina continued their research work as a Research Assistant at UCL's Eco Lab in 2018, where they conducted literature reviews, designed experiments, collected and analyzed data, and completed their second Master's dissertation on pro-environmental consumer behavior.

In 2019, Mina briefly worked as a Strategy & Innovation Assistant at Drum, where they developed a Python program to obtain and visualize data for strategic solutions. Mina then took on a contract role as a Behavioral Analyst at Canvas8.

Mina's most recent work experience is at Black Swan Data, where they started as an Insights Associate in 2019. Mina was later promoted to the role of Insights Consultant in 2021 and currently holds the position of Senior Consultant. Mina is involved in providing consulting services and generating insights for clients.

Furthermore, Mina is pursuing their training as a Gestalt Psychotherapist at Metanoia Institute, where they manage a caseload of three clients per week and receives clinical supervision.
