Jack Blackburn

Jack Blackburn has over 12 years of experience as a Security Manager at Black & Veatch, where responsibilities include supporting construction operations in the USA and various Asian countries, with notable projects in Afghanistan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. Currently, Jack collaborates with engineering professionals to develop and manage security risk mitigation programs aimed at enhancing client profitability. Prior to this role, Jack served as Deputy Security Manager for The Louis Berger Group, overseeing the defense of construction camps in southeast Afghanistan and coordinating community relations to bolster security in active insurgent territories.
