Ryan Lucas has over 18 years of experience at Blackbaud, beginning in July 2005 as a Support Analyst and progressing through various management roles. Currently serving as Manager of Program Management, Ryan oversees a team of Program Managers and manages multiple strategic programs focused on security, operational excellence, and team management. Prior roles include Manager of Business Relationship Management, where efficiencies were driven between departments, and Manager of Customer Advocacy, responsible for establishing a new program to enhance collaboration between engineering and customer-facing teams. Ryan's earlier experience includes managing a contact center team supporting Blackbaud's fundraising solution and serving as Assistant Manager/Inkeeper at The Hayne House Bed & Breakfast. Ryan holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from the College of Charleston, earned between 2000 and 2005.
