Taylor Farrell

Taylor Farrell has extensive experience in finance operations and customer support, currently serving as Team Lead in Order to Cash Operations at Blackbaud since March 2016. In this role, Taylor manages the order to cash cycle and has previously held positions such as Senior Contract Processing Specialist and Customer Support Analyst in Financial Solutions, where responsibilities included troubleshooting software and providing client support. Prior to Blackbaud, Taylor worked as Visual Sales Manager at Dillard's Inc., focusing on sales enhancement through marketing strategies, and held various positions in the hospitality industry, demonstrating strong leadership and customer service skills. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in social responsibility, leadership, and change from the College of Charleston.
