Jon Hering

Jon Hering is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and product management across various industries. Currently serving as Scholarships Lead at Blackbullion since November 2022, Jon focuses on fostering collaboration between businesses and the education system to enhance youth preparedness for the workforce. Prior roles include Head of Business Development at The Inspirational Learning Group, where Jon managed a sales and marketing team while overseeing new partnerships, and Head of Product at The Pay Index, where Jon successfully redesigned the B2C product portfolio. Jon's earlier experiences include leadership roles at Mercer, Macy's, and several internships, all contributing to a robust skill set in human capital solutions, sales strategy, and team management. Academically, Jon holds a Master’s degree in International Management from King's College London and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The George Washington University.
