Stephen Ashmore

Stephen Ashmore has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Stephen started their career as a Personal Lines Advisor at Spa Insurance Services Ltd in 1999, where they provided new business quotations, processed renewals, and handled claims. In 2003, they became a Commercial Account Handler at the same company, where they focused on SME and Motor Fleet risks, providing new business quotations, processing adjustments, and handling claims. In 2007, they joined The County Group as a Commercial Account Manager, responsible for managing and developing a book of clients, processing business from enquiry to inception, and providing clients with insurance reviews and suitable products. Currently, Stephen holds the position of Client Director at Blackfriars Group starting from 2023.

Stephen Ashmore attended Stockport College in 1999 and obtained an NVQ3 in Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Buxton Community School from 1994 to 1999, but no degree or field of study is specified. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
