Cynthia Mielke

Cynthia Mielke, CPIM, serves as the Sr. Director of Product Management - Strategic Relationships, Incentives at Blackhawk Network since October 2024. Prior to this role, Cynthia held various leadership positions at Tango Card from February 2019 to December 2024, including VP of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing Director, where responsibilities included managing relationships with merchant partners and overseeing their financial performance. Cynthia's extensive experience in marketing and sales operations includes roles as Vice President at GC Incentives | GiftCertificates.com and Marketing Innovators International, as well as National Sales Manager at Staples and Incentive Sales Manager at Omaha Steaks. Cynthia holds a Digital Marketing Management Certificate from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and has studied at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and the University of Minnesota Crookston, earning an AAS in Business.
