Todd Richert

Todd Richert has a diverse range of work experience in the field of information technology. Todd currently works as the Director of Information Security at Blackhawk Network since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Infrastructure at ICE from 2020 to 2022, where they focused on developing individuals and building bridges within and across departments. From 2015 to 2022, Todd served as the Director of Infrastructure at ICE Mortgage Technology, managing data centers, cloud transition, and day-to-day operational needs. Todd also worked as the Director of Infrastructure at Capsilon from 2015 to 2019, ensuring the global infrastructure remained highly available and efficient. Todd's earlier experiences include roles as the Cloud Services Director at CloudSAFE in 2014, IT Manager at US Medical Management from 2010 to 2014, Service Leader at SMART I.T. Services, Inc. from 2008 to 2010, and IT Manager at Paulstra CRC from 2000 to 2008. Todd has demonstrated expertise in team management, infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, and virtualization.

Todd Richert attended Central Michigan University in 1996-1997, studying Information Technology. Todd then transferred to Grand Valley State University, where they continued their studies in Information Technology from 1997 to 1999.

In terms of certifications, Todd obtained various certifications from VMware and CompTIA. Todd obtained the VCP-DCV6.5 certification from VMware in June 2017, the VMware Certified Professional 6.5 – Desktop and Mobility (VCP6.5-DTM) certification in June 2015, and the VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV) certification in December 2011. Additionally, they acquired the CompTIA A+ ce Certification, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification, CompTIA Network+ ce Certification, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist – CSIS Stackable Certification, and CompTIA Security+ ce Certification.
