Lynn Marie Viduya is the Senior Director of Customer Enablement & Training at BlackLine. Lynn has over 20 years of experience in customer service and training. Lynn has a passion for helping others and making sure they have the tools they need to succeed.

Lynn started their career in customer service and quickly rose through the ranks. Lynn eventually became a training manager and then a director. Lynn has always been focused on delivering the best possible experience to customers and employees.

In their current role, Lynn leads a global training organization that serves both internal employees and external partners and customers. The team has won the Training Top 100 award 5 years in a row. Lynn is responsible for developing eLearning, videos, and curated role-based learning plans in blended learning formats.

In addition to their work with the training team, Lynn also partners with Technical Support, Customer Success, and Implementation leads to deliver Worry Free training programs that promote security, reliability, onboarding, support, and regulatory compliance. Lynn has also launched a new partner certification for implementation and support.

Lynn is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. Most recently, they worked with Product Management to launch a product readiness framework for new feature releases. This ensures that downstream customer-facing teams can support customers and partners effectively. Lynn Marie Viduya has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Cal State East Bay- College of Business & Economics. Lynn is also certified from the Customer Education Management Association in Emeritus CEdMA US Board Trustee.
