Omer Faizan

Omer Faizan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and business management. Currently serving as the Customer Operations Director at BlackLine since May 2025, Omer previously held several key positions at Medallia from June 2018 to May 2025, including Head of Global Business Operations for Professional Services and Director of EMEA Business Operations. Omer's career also spans nearly a decade at Vodafone Enterprise, where roles included Global Sales Operations Manager and Global Business Operations Manager. Omer Faizan holds a CIMA degree in Accounting from BPP University and completed high school at Beaconhouse School System.
