Tanya MacAluso

Tanya Macaluso serves as the Head of Talent Development and HR Business Partner for HR-SIG at Blackstone since April 2019. Prior experience includes roles at Barclays from April 2011 to April 2019, where Tanya focused on Leadership, Learning & Talent for Functions, Operations, and Technology, as well as serving as an HR Business Partner for Operations. Prior to Barclays, Tanya worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2006 to April 2011 as a Leadership Development Consultant for Global Markets, and at Credit Suisse from 2004 to 2006 in Executive Learning and Development. Tanya holds a Columbia Coaching Certification from Teachers College, Columbia University, a MA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University, and a BS in Human Development from Cornell University.
