Rowan Boreham has six years of work experience in customer service and sales roles. In 2016, they began their career as a Customer Experience Consultant at Dealer Solutions, where they provided technical support to customers and coordinated with internal and external channels to provide marketing solutions. In 2018, they moved to myprosperity as a Partner Support Consultant, providing support to corporate partners and end users. In 2019, they took on two roles: an Account Management Associate at Cvent and a Field Sales - Team Leader at Sapphire Solar. At Cvent, they were a Sales Development Representative and at Sapphire Solar they were responsible for providing initial and ongoing training to their team while consistently exceeding their own quotas. In 2021, they joined Podium as a Customer Success Account Manager and a Strategic Sales Development Representative. Rowan is currently a Customer Success Manager at Blackthorn.io.

Rowan Boreham attended The University of Queensland from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended NIST International School from 2004 to 2013 and obtained their International Baccalaureate Diploma.
