Shailja Dwivedi

Shailja Dwivedi has worked in the IT field since 2011. Shailja began their career as a Software Engineer at Cybertech System and Software VTD in 2011. In 2012, they moved to IBM India Pvt Ltd as an Associate Software Engineer. From 2017 to 2022, Shailja worked at TCS as an IT Analyst, where they gained experience in Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Lightning Platform, Lightning Component Framework, Lightning Design System, SFDC Configurations/Customizations, Agile Framework, Metadata Migration, Reports and Dashboards, Data Load for SFDC Standard Objects, Custom Objects, and Manufacturing Domain, Media and Hi-Tech, and Life Science. Shailja is currently employed as a Salesforce Engineer at Blackthorn.io.

Shailja Dwivedi earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics&Communication from Radharaman Institute of Tecchnology between 2007 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya between 2007 and 2011. In 2019, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce, and in 2020 they obtained a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I from Salesforce.
