Tiffany Yeargin is the current Head of Human Resources at Blaze Pizza. Tiffany has previous experience working as a Regional Human Resources Director at DHL and a Senior HR Business Partner at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. Tiffany is responsible for overseeing the global HR strategy and initiatives and has a wealth of experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, succession planning, change management, diversity, equity & inclusion, organizational design, change management, and the employee experience.

Tiffany Yeargin has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Resources Management and Services from California State University, Long Beach and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Tiffany also has certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and certification from SHRM in SHRM-CP.
