Kate Harverson

Kate Harverson has a diverse work experience in marketing and creative roles. Kate is currently working as a Marketing Manager at Blend Media - Explore XR since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Group Marketing Manager at Don't Waste Group from August 2021 to April 2023, where they focused on smart waste management solutions. Kate also worked as a Creative Marketing Manager at Mercor Group (PTY) LTD from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they ran their own website, www.kateharverson.com, where they offered commercial photography, design, and marketing services from 2017 to 2021. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Head of Photography & Creative Lead at Jonsson Workwear, and prior to that, they worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at the same company from 2011 to 2013. Their early experience includes working in Marketing, Photography, Design, and Web roles at John Lewis & Partners from 2007 to 2011.

Kate Harverson has a diverse education history. Kate obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Visual Communication, Photography, and Art from Durban University of Technology between 2000 and 2002. Kate then pursued a degree in Digital Marketing at the University of Cape Town, completing their studies in 2019.
