Job Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Python Developer with specialized knowledge in AWS, Lambda: serverless, microservices, event-driven architectures, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB. The successful candidate will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing database-driven applications that are scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance that meet our dynamic business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda, integrating with microservices, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and other AWS services.
• Architect and implement event-driven solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and processing across services.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code making use of Unit test cases, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Knowledge and experience in frameworks like Flask / FastAPI.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and DynamoDB databases for high performance, reliability, and scalability. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionalities.
• Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the application's performance.
• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in Python development, specifically with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures.
• Good understanding of AWS services, particularly Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and SQS/SNS.
• Solid experience with both PostgreSQL and DynamoDB databases, including design, optimization, and management.
• Expertise in designing and implementing microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in writing clean, testable code using Python.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies for serverless applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
