What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced candidate to take on the role of RVP Central/West. You will report to the President/MD Americas and will be tasked with managing Central/West and strengthening our ability to grow business from Tier 1 and 2 agencies and brands directly.
You will ideally be experienced within digital sales and have several years of management experience within the market and have strong Holdco, Independent agency and client direct relationships.
You will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the current digital market and the key accounts within the market on which to focus in order to drive revenue (e.g. Retail, CPG, QSR, Travel, Entertainment etc).
You will be strategic, tenacious, and have strong industry relationships. You will have a proactive attitude and maintain a constant sense of urgency in driving revenue.
Most importantly, you must have a proven track record of generating business by leveraging strong agency/client relationships in order to deliver against quarterly and annual revenue / margin goals.
What You’ll Do
Drive the overall Central/West business via a strategic approach focused on Holdco and Independent agencies and brand-direct clients within key categories such as Retail, CPG and QSR
Manage a team of sellers to strategically target key agency and client-direct business in Central and West regions
Continually build pipeline and close new business to achieve revenue targets
Leverage and build deep relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and high campaign performance
Provide weekly revenue pacing and forecasting reports
