Craig Altemose

Craig Altemose serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at BlocPower, co-leading efforts to forge partnerships with a variety of stakeholders to enhance building efficiency and sustainability. Previously, Craig founded and directed Communities Responding to Extreme Weather, creating initiatives to improve resilience against climate impacts, and served as the Executive Director of Better Future Project, a prominent climate nonprofit. As a board member of Massachusetts Climate Action Network and an Executive Committee Member for Sierra Club's Massachusetts Chapter, Craig has been deeply engaged in climate advocacy. Additionally, Craig has experience as a Visiting Professor at Eckerd College, where a new course on climate policy was developed and taught. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School, a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Eckerd College.
