Alia Eshaq

Alia Eshaq has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Master Thesis at the International Crisis Group. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at the Berghof Foundation, where they held various positions such as Program Coordinator, Advisor, and Project Manager. In 2018, they joined the Mashora Group as a Managing Director until 2021. From 2019 to 2023, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Green Bee Insights. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at Bloom: Impact Coaching since 2023.

Alia Eshaq holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Oxford, which they obtained from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government at The American University in Cairo.
