Louisa Weinstein has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Louisa started their career in 2000 as a Solicitor at McClure Naismith, followed by roles as a Solicitor at SJ Berwin and Davenport Lyons. In 2003, they worked as a Freelance Consultant specializing in Strategy and Development until 2009. From 2013 to present, they have been a Director Consultant at Business Network International, where they aim to change the way the world does business. Alongside their role at BNI, they joined Zatchi in 2014 as Managing Director until 2023. Louisa also served as an Associate at Doughty Street Chambers from 2013. Louisa has been a Public Speaker at London Speaker Bureau since 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked at The Conflict Resolution Centre from 2006 as a Lead Mediator, Trainer, and Conflict Coach, and later became a Lead Mediator and Trainer until 2014. In February 2023, Louisa joined Bloom: Career Coaching as the Head of Coaching.

Louisa Weinstein completed their education between 1990 and 1996. Louisa attended the University of Leeds from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in French and Italian. Following that, they enrolled at The College of Law London from 1994 to 1996, where they completed The Legal Practice Course, specializing in Common Professional Examination and Legal Practice Course. Prior to this, in 1982, they attended Frances Holland, but no degree or field of study information is available for this period. There is no information regarding their time at Mill Hill.
