Allison Ross

Allison Ross has over a decade of experience in the field of Human Resources. Allison is currently working as the Senior Director, HR Business Partner at Bloomingdale's since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Macy's in various roles including Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, Principal, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Director in different departments. Allison also gained experience through internships at American Institutes for Research, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, OPM, and Society for Human Resource Management.

Allison Ross has a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at The George Washington University from 2005 to 2009.
