Sukhendu Biswas

Sukhendu Biswas is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the software development life cycle. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Bloomingdale's since September 2018, Sukhendu actively engages in Sprint planning and daily scrum meetings, focusing on test plans and strategies for new functionalities. Prior to Bloomingdale's, Sukhendu worked as a QA Tester at Progressive Insurance from November 2015 to August 2018, where coordination with cross-functional teams and development of QA documentation were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software QA Test Engineer at Capital One, where Sukhendu contributed to user requirements gathering and test case development. Sukhendu holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the National University of Bangladesh.
