Andrea Kiripolska

Andrea Kiripolska has a diverse work experience. Andrea began their career as a Recruiter at RoomService in 2011. From there, they worked as an HR Admin at ZUNO Bank for three years before transitioning into the role of HR Specialist. In 2017, they took on the role of Project Executive at 2muse. Andrea then joined Exponea in 2018, starting as a People Operations Specialist and eventually becoming the Head of People Operations in 2019. Currently, Andrea is the Head of People Operations at Bloomreach, a position they began in 2021.

Andrea Kiripolska obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from an unknown institution prior to 2011. In June of that year, they obtained the Österreichisches Sprachdiplom Deutsch B2 certification from ÖSD. From 2011 to 2016, they attended Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, where they earned their Master's degree in Work & Organizational Psychology. In 2012 and 2013, they also studied at the University of Bremen, although no degree was specified.
