Fabrice also served as the CEO of Invest in France Agency UK & Ireland at Invest in France Agency/Agence française pour les Investissements internationaux (AFII).

Etienvre began their career in the French Government's Ministry of Economy, Finance & Industry, where they held positions such as Senior Trade Commissioner in Canada, Vietnam, and Spain, as well as Ministers Special Advisor for Global Markets & European Union Affairs. Fabrice also served as the Head of the European Affairs Department at the Directorate for Foreign Economic Relations.

Throughout their career, Etienvre has demonstrated their expertise in various areas, including strategic advisory, international business development, government relations, and leadership.

Fabrice Etienvre completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences, Economics, International & European Affairs from Sciences Po in 1992. Prior to that, in 1989, they attended the Goethe Institut Frankfurt/Main to study German Language and Civilisation. In 1986, they studied at the French Lycée in Madrid (Spain). Following their bachelor's degree, they pursued further education at the ENA - National High School of Public Affairs, earning an MD in Public Affairs & Government from 1992 to 1995.
